Visit www.gorentaride.com → LOGIN to access your car’s insurance, registration, request maintenance, view credits, and rules.

💥Today’s Pickup

Daily invoicing starts the day after pickup if you continue your rental.

🕖 Daily Payments

Invoices are sent daily by 6 AM and are due by midnight.

⏰ Late Fees

$10 daily late fee if payment is missed.

7️⃣ Promotion Credits & Coupons</span

Eligible after 7 days. Credits given on Mon, Wed, Fri if fully paid a day before. Late payment cancels your credit.

📣 Report maintenance immediately

Report all issues to 980-272-8122. Don’t repair anything yourself. We won’t refund unauthorized payments.

🚫 100 Mile radius limit

Stay within 100 miles of Charlotte (NC/SC only). GPS will disable car if crossed without approval. $200 fee applies for long trips with permission.

🧭 Do not travel beyond:

NORTH – Mount Airy, NC
SOUTH – Columbia, SC
EAST – Greensboro, NC
WEST – Greenville, SC

🛣️ Toll roads

You’re responsible for toll charges.

✂️ Engine cut off

Missed payments will cut off engine. $30 fee to reconnect.

🚭 No smoking

$150 fee and contract cancellation if you smoke in the car.

🚘 Keep car clean

A dirty car may lead to contract cancellation.

💥 Car accidents

Get to safety, call 911, then call us. Police report required for insurance coverage.

🚗 Returning the car

Give 24-hour notice. Return before 10 AM to avoid paying for the extra day. Car must be clean, fueled, and in original condition.
