Minimum Rental Period:We do not offer short-term rentals. The minimum rental duration is 7 days. While daily payments are accepted, you are still committing to a full 7-day rental.
Failure to complete the full 7-day period will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Payments & Fees:$150 refundable security deposit plus first day’s rental fee required at booking. Daily payments processed automatically.
Late Payments:$10 late fee applies to payments received after midnight on the due date.
Insurance Coverage:Comprehensive insurance included with all rentals. $500 deductible applies in case of accidents or damage.
Cancellation Policy:Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. After that, first day’s rental fee is non-refundable.
Drivers Restrictions:Our vehicles are for local use only. Driving is limited to a 100-mile radius of Charlotte, NC.
Out-of-state travel is strictly prohibited.
